For World Meditation Day 2021, I just wanted to quickly share some resources that I’ve created to help you get started on your meditation practice. There are so many benefits of meditation. The best time to start is NOW. The more you meditate, the more you’ll reap the benefits of it (it works like compound interest). Every conscious breath you take matters.
And no you’re not doing it wrong because thoughts keep coming up, thoughts continually coming up is normal! The practice is to let them go with ease and without judgment. It’s like working a muscle. The more you do it, the better you’ll get at letting go of thoughts with ease and coming back to your breath.
