I created this list as a resource page to easily list products and items that I use and have been valuable to me in my own personal development &/or my at home practice. Most of these items are directly from lists I’ve emailed to my friends when asked what x, y, & z items I’d recommend. I hope you’ll find it helpful!

Level Up Your At-Home Practice

No yoga experience necessary to read this book. If you were looking for a “rules to live by” kind of book, then this book is it.

Evidence based research on happiness. Read this first if you have more of an analytical type of mind.
Learned so much from this tiny little book!
This was the first book that I read that’s “spiritual” and it was life-changing. It lead me to seek out more.
Importance of being present

Powerful book that uses the chakra energetic system to help with self inquiry & self knowledge.
Offers a template on how to have difficult conversations and how to talk about your feelings.

Helpful in recognizing how everyone’s needs are different.
When you realize you have so much in common with the former First Lady, it’s pretty inspiring!
This series are full of positive affirmations. It helped me with money mindset blocks.
It’s hard to be on your journey when you’re not physically well. Make it easier on yourself by taking care of your physical body as best you can.
Evidence based research on how women are treated differently in society/ work force and how we need to speak up for ourselves and each other (+men need to speak up & be our advocates too)
